Day 4: 21 kms evening run - Take on the notorious Outer ring road again. The pain on my upper thigh is now unbearable. Its either taking a break or missing out on Stanchart. Research on how to handle such pains - ice for about 20-30mins, heat up to improve blood flow and tie it up to reduce the swelling within. I hope that will do, I am glad I am not limping yet. Take it easy - 1:47 end time.

after mombasa road, i branch into Airport North Road and then into outer ring road all the way to Donholm - check google maps
